Just grab a gun during a riot and shoot the fence until it breaks. Old-school method, but it works!
I once bribed a guard with some Cash I earned, and he opened the gate for me. Not very reliable, but it worked for me!
Honestly, just team up with other prisoners and swarm the gates when they're open!
Use a glitch! Sometimes you can ragdoll yourself by jumping and crouching at the same time while running towards the fence. Might take a few tries!
