From personal experience, dig into the game's local files. If you're on Mac, it's in ~/Library/Application Support/com.tobyfox.undertale/. You can't miss it!
You'll usually find file0 by going into the game's save directory. On Windows, it's typically in C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\UNDERTALE.
Super easy! Just navigate to the Undertale installation folder, then go to the folder named 'data' and you'll find file0 there.
