To reach the Robotics Bay, head to the Phi Robotics Center in the Glacial Basin biome. Make sure you have the Snowfox to navigate through efficiently!

Honestly, just follow the ice path in the Glacial Basin. If you see a bunch of penguins, you're on the right track.

Just go to the Glacial Basin and find the entrance to Phi Robotics Center. You can't miss it, it's a bit chilly though!
