Getting to the Secret Woods in Stardew Valley is pretty easy once you know where to look! Head to the northwest corner of Cindersap Forest, just west of the Wizard's Tower. You'll find a large log blocking an entrance. You need to upgrade your axe to a steel level or higher to chop it down. Once that's done, you can waltz right into the Secret Woods and enjoy all the foraging, slimes, and the elusive woodskip fish it has to offer!

Shortcut answer: Steel Axe = Entry to Secret Woods. Chop the log, and boom, you're in!

Honestly, just upgrade your axe. The Secret Woods isn't really a secret if you've got the right tools. Steel axe breaks the log, and there's your 'secret' unveiled.
