How to Get Unlimited Settlers in Fallout 4
RuingMite路7 months agoTechnically, you can't have 'unlimited' settlers because the game caps the number of settlers you can have in a settlement based on your Charisma level. Each point of Charisma allows for 10 settlers, starting with a base limit of 10 at Charisma level 1. So, if you crank your Charisma up to 10 through gear and consumables, you can push the limit. Plus, some temporary buffs might let you squeeze in a few extra settlers beyond that while they're active!

Just use mods, lol. There's a bunch out there that let you break the game's settler limit. Not exactly how the game was meant to be played, but hey, if you're into building mega settlements, why not?
I heard somewhere if you drink a bunch of Grape Mentats and wear Charisma-boosting gear before you assign settlers to a settlement, you can overshoot the limit. Tried it myself and it kinda works, but it's more of a glitchy workaround than a real solution.
