How to Get User Sights to Work in War Thunder
You can get custom sights in War Thunder by downloading them from War Thunder Live. Once downloaded, move the files to the UserSights folder in War Thunder's installation directory, then select them in the game settings. Super simple!

I had the same problem! All you need to do is download the user sight file, place it in the UserSights folder, and then select it in-game. Good luck, aviator!
Use default sights.
Make sure you download the sight pack you want from War Thunder Live, place the files in the UserSights folder, and then choose it from your vehicle's secondary weaponry settings. Easy peasy!
