I've done it myself. You just buy V-Bucks through the Fortnite in-game store on your PC, and they'll be available on your PS4 too. Easy peasy!

Super easy! Just go to the in-game store on your PC, select the V-Bucks pack you want, and complete the purchase. It should show up on your PS4 account too. Fortnite keeps it all synced up.
