Catch a bunch of Eevees, and evolve one. It's all random after your first special name evolution, so cross your fingers!

As far as I know, evolve an Eevee and pray to the RNG gods. It's random otherwise!

Just use the name trick for a guaranteed Vaporeon once, but after that, it's all about luck and feeding those Eevees loads of candies.
