To get visitors to your Sanctuary, you need to unlock and restore the sanctuary in the town area first. Then, populate it with animals by collecting puzzle pieces from events, Derby rewards, and mystery boxes. Also, make sure your town buildings are upgraded to accommodate more visitors!
