You can't actually get a Water Walking Potion in Adopt Me anymore. It was a limited-time item available during the Halloween event back in 2020. You'll have to trade with other players to get one!

Unfortunately, the Water Walking Potion isn't something you can currently find in the game itself. It was only available during a special Halloween event, so your best bet now is trading with someone who has one.
