Honestly, getting art in ACNH is a pain, but worth it. Redd visits are rare and unpredictable. When he does show up, half the time it's fakes. But when you finally get that genuine piece, and Blathers accepts it, it feels like a real achievement.

Getting your hands on some fine art in Animal Crossing isn't as straightforward as hitting up a museum gift shop, but it's part of what makes the game fun! First off, you need to wait for Redd, a sneaky fox with a treasure trawler full of art (and some fakes - be careful!). Redd visits your island randomly, so keep an eye out for his ship docked at your secret beach. Once you buy from him, donate the legit pieces to Blathers at the museum to start or expand your art gallery. Pro tip: always verify the authenticity of the art with guides online unless you want your museum full of forgeries!

Just buy from Redd. Not all art he sells is real, though. Some are fakes.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
