You can't get the Xbox Live Gold Family Pack anymore. It was discontinued. Just grab Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and make one console the Home Xbox to share with your family.

The Xbox Live Gold Family Pack no longer exists. Microsoft retired it back in 2013. Now, the best option is to get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Xbox Live Gold and lets you share with family through the Home Xbox feature.
