Getting your first pair of wings in Terraria is a game-changer! The easiest way is to defeat the Wall of Flesh to enter Hardmode, then gather 20 Souls of Flight from Wyverns flying high above the surface in Hardmode. Pair these with another rare item like Giant Harpy Feathers or Ice Feathers, which drop from specific enemies. Craft them at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil, and voila, you're ready to soar!

Honestly, just buy 'em. If you're not into crafting and hunting for drops, save up 1 Platinum Coin and wait for the Witch Doctor to move into the Jungle biome. Once he's there, check his shop at night in Hardmode, and he'll sell you Leaf Wings. Super easy and no fuss!

Got my first wings farming Harpies and Wyverns. Harpies for the giant feathers and Wyverns for the Souls of Flight. Took some time but totally worth it. Flying changes everything!
