If you want a refund for a purchase you made in Fortnite, you can use your Lifetime Refund Requests in the game settings. Each account gets 3 requests, so use them wisely!

Unfortunately, you can't directly get your money back from Fortnite if you've run out of Lifetime Refund Requests. But you can try contacting Epic Games support for help鈥攖hey might make an exception.

I've had success with refunds by reaching out directly to Epic Games support. They were pretty helpful, even if it took a bit of back and forth.
