You can't directly gift the Battle Pass using V-Bucks on PS4, but you can send your friend a gift card for V-Bucks instead.
You can't do it. Just give them a gift card or PayPal them the money.
I've done this before! You need to buy a V-Bucks gift card and send the code to your friend. They can use it to purchase the Battle Pass.
