You can't directly give orders to other survivors like a traditional RTS, but you can influence them through leader actions and radio commands. Try assigning roles to each member via the base management screen!

To give orders in State of Decay 2, select a character, open the radio menu (press 'Up' on the D-Pad for Xbox or 'T' on PC), and choose the command you want to issue. It's that simple!
