As a group owner, go to the Payouts tab and distribute robux from group funds. It's that simple!
First, make sure you're the owner of the group or have the appropriate permissions. Then, go to the group admin page, click on 'Revenue' and select 'Payouts.' You can do a 'One-time Payout' or set up 'Recurring Payouts' and enter the user and amount of robux you want them to receive.
