You can't directly gift V-Bucks, but you can buy a V-Bucks gift card and give it to your friend.
Honestly, just give them your credit card and hope they don't go crazy in the item shop. Just kidding (kind of)!
From my experience, buying a V-Bucks gift card and sending it to your friend is the way to go. It's super easy and they'll love it!
Sorry to break it to you, but there's no way to transfer V-Bucks directly between accounts. Best bet: get a gift card.
