To convert y = mx + b to Ax + By = C, just rearrange it! Move everything to one side and make A positive. Simple as pie!

It's pretty straightforward: rearrange y = mx + b to mx - y = -b. Boom, standard form! Just make sure A isn't negative.

First, get y on one side: y = mx + b becomes mx - y = -b. Then, multiply through if needed so there's no fractions and A is positive.

Transform y = mx + b by getting rid of y on the right side. Then tidy it up like a Marie Kondo episode!

Slope-Intercept schmeh! Just swap around y = mx + b to get mx - y = -b, and you've got yourself a standard form equation!
