You can't directly use Discord on PS5, but you can use Remote Play on your PC or mobile and run Discord there.

Simply link your Discord account to your PlayStation Network account. Once linked, you can see what your friends are playing and join voice chats on the go.

I always use the built-in browser to access the Discord web app. It's clunky but works if you're in a pinch!
