You gotta unlock the concert option first by becoming a Bitizen! Then, just keep an eye on the activities tab for entertainment events, and hopefully, BTS will show up!

Easy peasy! Upgrade to Bitizenship, hit up the activities tab, and look out for concerts there. BTS might make an appearance!

Tbh, it's mostly luck. Be a Bitizen and check activities often. No guarantees BTS will pop up.
