Easy peasy! Just select your unit, hover over the base of the ladder, and click when the path lights up. Boom, they're climbing like Spider-Man!

Click on the soldier you want to move, then hover over the base of the ladder until you see a blue or yellow path. Click, and they'll climb right up!

It's super straightforward. Just select your dude, hover the mouse at the bottom of the ladder, and click once it highlights.
