If your Xbox One is acting weird, hold the power button until it shuts down, unplug everything for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in and power up.

I had to hard reset my Xbox One once. Press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds till it shuts off, unplug it, wait a bit, plug it back in, and you're good to go!
