Turn off the PS4 completely by holding the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear two beeps. Then, unplug the power cord from the back for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning the system on again.

Hold the power button until it beeps twice and shuts down. Unplug it, wait a bit, then plug it back in and power up. Voila!

I had a similar issue, and a hard reset worked like a charm! Press and hold the power button until you hear two beeps, then unplug and wait a few minutes. Plug it back in and you're good to go!
