To hatch an ostrich egg in Stardew Valley, first, you need to get your hands on an Ostrich Incubator. You can snag one of these by completing the 'Island Field Office' collection for Professor Snail on Ginger Island. After you've secured the incubator, place it in a barn (not a coop!) and pop your ostrich egg in there. Wait about 9 in-game days, and boom, you'll have yourself a baby ostrich running around!

Quick tip: To hatch that ostrich egg, make sure you've got an Ostrich Incubator. You can only get this after giving enough relics to Professor Snail. Remember, it goes in the barn, not the coop!

IDK why everyone makes it complicated. Just get the incubator from Professor Snail, stick it in the barn, and wait. Easy.
