The quickest way is to restart lives until one of them gives you a little sister early on. It's like life, but with an undo button!
Don't worry, you can always adopt a little sister too! Go to Relationships, then to Adoption, and voila!
Just make sure your parents are still of baby-making age and keep hitting that ‘Age Up’ button. You might get lucky with a baby sister!
Honestly? Just keep aging up and hope for the best. Or pray to the BitLife gods (aka RNG)!
