To have multiple Facebook accounts, simply create separate accounts with different email addresses or phone numbers. Just remember, Facebook's terms of service officially only allow one personal account per person.
You technically aren't supposed to. But, if you must, different emails/phone numbers and you're good to go.
I use one account for work and another for personal stuff. Use different email addresses and you'll be fine!
