Healing dwellers in Fallout Shelter is super easy peasy! Just drag and drop a Stimpak on the dweller you want to heal. Honestly, just keep a stocked Medbay. No need to overthink it. Stimpaks are the way to go.

I once forgot to heal my dwellers and, trust me, it was a disaster! Always have Stimpaks on hand. Building a couple of Medbays and keeping them busy is worth it. Don't learn the hard way like I did.
