How to Heal Mr. Handy in Fallout Shelter
To put it simply: you can't heal Mr. Handy with stimpacks or any other item. When he's damaged, you gotta wait for him to 'die' and then pay caps to fix him up. It's kinda like having a car; maintenance is key!

Honestly, I wouldn't bother healing Mr. Handy. Just let him do his thing until he breaks, then shell out the caps. It's not like caps are hard to come by if you're managing your vault right.
Healing Mr. Handy in Fallout Shelter is super easy since you don't need to do anything in the vault! Unfortunately, you can't heal him like your other Dwellers by using stimpacks. Mr. Handy can only be healed by either waiting for him to break and then repair him, which costs caps, or he heals automatically when you revive him. So, keep an eye on his health bar during those wasteland adventures or when radroaches attack!
