Honestly, why bother? Just tell everyone to join Discord. In-game chat's a hassle.
To hear in-game chat while streaming Valorant on Discord, first, ensure the game is running. Then, in Discord, go to 'User Settings' -> 'Voice & Video' and set your 'Input Device' as your microphone and 'Output Device' as your speakers or headphones. Next, launch Valorant and go to its audio settings, ensuring the voice chat output matches your Discord output device. Lastly, when you start streaming on Discord, click on 'Screen' instead of 'Game', and make sure to toggle on 'Sound' before you go live. This setup should let your viewers hear the in-game chat alongside the game audio!
Make sure both Discord and Valorant are using the same audio devices. Sometimes Discord defaults to something else, and that messes everything up. Happened to me before, and fixing that solved it.
