Bro, just check if you're in Party Chat instead of Game Chat. Switch and you should hear everyone!
Check your input/output devices in settings. Sometimes it selects the wrong mic or speakers. Also, make sure your headset isn't muted!
Sometimes, it's not you but the Fortnite servers. Wait a bit and see if it resolves itself.
Make sure your voice chat is enabled in the settings: Go to 'Settings' -> 'Audio' -> 'Voice Chat' -> and toggle it on!
