How to Hide Friends List on Instagram
You can't directly hide your friends list on Instagram like you can on some other platforms, but you can control who follows you by switching to a private account. Just go to Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy and toggle it to 'Private Account'.

Trust me, the best way to keep your friends list low-key is by switching your account to private. I've done it, and it works great!
There's no way to hide your friends list on Instagram currently. Best you can do is set your account to private so only approved followers see your content.
