I've found that using a sniper rifle or a scoped weapon makes it easier to hit the nape. Try it out!
To hit the nape of the neck in Fortnite, aim for headshots but a bit lower, especially when the target is in mid-air or running. Practice makes perfect!
Hot take: Just aim for the head. The nape is just a fancy way of saying 'not quite a headshot'.
