It's simple! Just plug one end of the HDMI cable into the back of your PS4 and the other end into an HDMI port on your TV. Then, turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input. Power up your PS4 and you're good to go!

First-hand experience here: Connect your PS4 to your TV with the HDMI cable provided. If you don't see anything, make sure your TV is set to the right input source. I had to switch mine to 'HDMI 2' before it worked.
