Identifying your Pokémon cards is simpler than catching 'em all! Start by checking out the bottom right corner for a little symbol - that's the set symbol, showing you which set your card belongs to. Then, look for a number next to it to find out its rarity: Circle is common, diamond is uncommon, and star means it's rare. For the extra shiny ones, a star H or three stars is ultra or secret rare! Don't forget to check the card for its name, HP, and attacks - basically, what makes your Pokémon card uniquely awesome.

Honestly, just Google the name and you'll find everything. Who has time for symbols?

Just flip the card over. The set symbol and rarity are all you need. Easy peasy!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
