To import characters in XCOM 2, you need to use the Character Pool. Just export the characters from your game, then you or your friends can import them into another game! It's like teleportation, but less sci-fi!

Export your squad from the Character Pool menu. Then, share the .bin files located in your XCOM 2鈥檚 character pool folder with your friends so they can import them.
