How to import score into a game Java Tetris
CompletingClint路6 months agoWhat worked for me was writing the score to a text file when the game ends, then reading it back in when the game starts. Check out `BufferedWriter` and `BufferedReader` for this!

Overcomplicated. Just use a `Properties` file, it's way simpler and easier to manage scores that way!
Just store the score in a simple text file, then read it with `Scanner` or `BufferedReader` when the game starts. Easy peasy!
From personal experience, try serializing the score object to a file using `ObjectOutputStream` and `ObjectInputStream` for reading. It's a bit more advanced, but it works like a charm!
You'll need to use Java I/O to read from a file where your score is saved! Use `BufferedReader` or `FileReader` to read the score data into your game.
