To increase your population in State of Decay 2, rescue survivors you find during missions or radio for new survivors using Influence! Just be careful, not everyone you save always behaves... zombies aren't your only problem!
Recruit survivors you meet while scavenging! Be sure to complete their missions to gain their trust.
Don't bother with the radio; just focus on rescuing random survivors. It's more thrilling and you save Influence!
