Just use an Android emulator like BlueStacks! Download the emulator, install it, and then download Among Us from the Google Play Store within it. You'll be sus in no time.

Honestly, the easiest way is to use Parallels to run Windows on your Mac. Then you can install Among Us just like you would on any PC.
