Inviting friends in Rec Room is super easy and makes the game a lot more fun! Just open your watch menu, go to the 'People' tab, and click on 'Find Friends.' You can search for your friend's username here. Once you find them, just click on their profile and hit the 'Invite' button. They'll get a notification to join you. Don't forget, you can also invite them to a specific room or activity by opening the room on your watch and hitting the 'Invite' button from there.
Honestly, sometimes just dropping them a message with the room code works best. Old school but effective.
