Joining a friend's Terraria server is all about that magic IP address! If it's a hosted server, your friend needs to give you the IP address and port number. Just fire up Terraria, click on 'Multiplayer' > 'Join via IP,' then enter those details, and voila, you're in! If you're trying to join through Steam, it's even easier. Just click on your friend's name in the Steam friend list and select 'Join Game.' Piece of cake!

Just use Steam, honestly. Right-click your friend's name in your Steam friends list and hit 'Join Game.' Easiest way to dive right into the action if you ask me.

Surprised no one mentioned connect issues. Sometimes, you gotta make sure your firewall isn't blocking Terraria or Steam. Had a nightmare time once trying to join a friend, turned out my antivirus was the party pooper. Check those settings if you're having trouble joining!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
