However, if you're really itching to rub elbows with the less savory characters of the wasteland, the closest you'll get is with the 'Nuka-World' DLC. This expansion lets you lead raider gangs and take over settlements, so it's pretty much the raider boss experience you're looking for!
Dude, just get the Nuka-World DLC. It's the only way to experience leading a raider gang in Fallout 4. Tried it myself, and it's a blast turning the Commonwealth into your own raider playground!
