Aim for the head, because Juggernauts hate that. Use a heavy weapon like a .50 cal or explosives to take them down faster. When it charges, dodge and counter-attack. Oh, and bring friends. They help a lot!

I've found the easiest way is to lure them into an area with lots of other zombies. Let those little undead nuisances distract it while you chip away at its health from a distance.
Fire! Molotov cocktails and incendiary rounds really ruin a Juggernaut's day. Cook 'em up good.
Dude, just run it over with a vehicle. Roadkill works wonders!
