The best way to take down a Reaper Leviathan is to use the Stasis Rifle to freeze it in place, then wail on it with the Survival Knife or a Propulsion Cannon. Just remember, you might want to pack an extra pair of underwear!
Honestly, just avoid them. It's safer, and your heart rate will thank you!
Use the Cyclops with Sonar and Silent Running modes. Sneak up, then whale on it with torpedoes. Tactical, yet effective!
