For the Bloater, hit it with Molotovs and then finish it off with shotgun blasts. Remember, the worst thing you can do is panic!
David's a tough one, but I found using stealth and patience worked best. Spent a lot of time hiding behind those counters. Good luck!
Here's a pro tip: never engage a Bloater without at least one Molotov in your inventory. You'll thank me later.
