Honestly, just use ranged weapons like a bow with fire arrows. Kite him around the pillars, and you’re golden.

You need to summon Eikthyr by placing 2 deer trophies at the Mystical Altar in the Meadows. Once he appears, use fire arrows and keep dodging his attacks.
