Flank the KV-1 and aim for the side armor. The Sherman can struggle head-on because the KV-1's frontal armor is like a brick wall.
Honestly? Call in air support or team up with a buddy. KV-1s are like mini-bosses in War Thunder.
Real talk, just don't engage a KV-1 head-on with a Sherman. You'll end up a flaming wreck. Go around and hit it from the side.
