The key to killing orbs? Thermia! Cool those vents down and go ham. Repeat until it's scrap metal.
To take down those pesky Exploiter orbs, use Thermia Fractures and aim for the vents. Once the vents are exposed, go to town on it with your strongest weapons. Rinse and repeat!
From personal experience, using a Warframe with good crowd control, like Frost or Khora, will help manage the adds while you focus on the orb itself. Keep those vents chilled!
