Shoot the glowing weak points on its legs. After disabling all legs, it falls down, then just attack its exposed core to deal serious damage!

From experience: Equip a Warframe with good mobility and weapons with high burst damage. Focus on the legs to incapacitate the Jackal, then target the exposed core.
