If you're looking for your Sims FreePlay username, just tap the main menu button in the top right corner, then go to 'Settings.' Your username will be displayed right there on the profile tab!

Easy peasy! Open the game, hit the menu button, navigate to 'Settings,' and you'll see your username at the top of the screen.
